Scale Theory is a trading name of Enrichment Care Pty Ltd, a company based in Sydney, Australia ("we", "us"). This policy covers scaletheorydigital.com and explains what we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you book a strategy call we collect your name, company name, mobile number, email, website and your answers about your business. We also collect basic analytics and advertising data (such as the page you arrived from, campaign tags and click IDs) when you use this site.

How we use it

To contact you about your strategy call, prepare for the call, send you information you asked for, and improve our advertising. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the ad platforms named below.

Calls and text messages

If you tick the consent box on a form, we may call and text the number you gave us about your strategy call, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and text consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the business, such as our CRM (GoHighLevel), website host (Netlify), and advertising platforms (Google and Meta). Your information is processed in the United States and Australia.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@scaletheory.com.au. Depending on your state, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we will honor any request we are required to.
