Alan
Alan co-founded Scale Theory with his brother Sam. He owns everything that happens after a homeowner answers the qualifier: the CRM, the 60-second reply, the booking on your calendar, the day 1, 3 and 7 estimate follow-up and the Friday report.
He sets up each client's CRM, calendar, text templates and automations during onboarding, and he is the person you talk to week to week once the ads are live. He works US hours from Sydney.
Alan writes the guides on qualifying, speed to lead and follow-up, the parts of the system he runs.
